Description:
One way audio on SIP calls when passing through a Sonic Wall Firewall
Problem Clarification:
Caller on Far end does not hear ringing or the other person talking, PCAPS show internal audio passing through SBC and Firewall to WAN
Cause:
SIP Transformations is enabled on the firewall. This is Sonic Walls version of SIP ALG.
NOTE: Consistent NAT should be enabled.
Solution:
Disable SIP Transformations.
